| I was at Youngstedt's twice in one week. The 1st time I was driving on Flying Cloud Drive and heard a strange noise. I stopped into Youngstedt's and Shawn had the mechanic take the card for a drive. It turned out to be simple fix which they did and sent me on my way. When I asked how much he said a smile should cover it. AMAZING customer service. My 2nd trip was for my routine oil change. Shawn again made it quick and simple. I also purchased my next oil change card. I appreciate Shawn and the team at Youngstedt's for always providing great service in a convenient location. |

| These guys are FULL SERICE. AFAIK they do everything except body work on cars. Services I have had, install new internal A/C Heater Fan, new wheel bearings, new starter, etc. Very competent staff and there's a nice comfortable waiting area. All my repairs were completed in about 90 minutes. |

| Youngstedt's EP is a great place to handle an oil change and tire rotation (complimentary if you own Goodyear tires). They make it easy to schedule an appointment, often on short notice, get the job done quickly, less than an hour, and are leave the vehicle as clean as they received it. I hate when I return to a vehicle and see oily smudges on the hood, engine, or even steering wheel! 5 Star Work. |

| From Angelo, to Sean, to Matt in the front office, I have never been treated so wonderfully! I never have to worry that they will do un-needed work. Angelo checked my brake pads himself, and said I didn't need them for a while yet. They could have replaced them, and I would have never known. Honesty is the best quality of all!!! A personal heartfelt THANK YOU for being the way you are! I just wish you would open a shop south of the river!! |

| I had a great experience with Youngstedts. The service was fast, and they were able to drive me to work so my car could be fixed during the work day. I also REALLY appreciated that they did not try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary. I had previously been told my transmission would need to be replaced, and Youngstedts told me the one I had was fine, it just needed to be fixed. They did the job about a month ago for half the cost to replace the transmission, and I have had zero issues since. |

| I have never been so impressed by the service I received. I went in for an oil change, and they found I needed a new belt. They dropped what they were doing and put the belt on right away! I will NEVER go anywhere else for my car needs! They spend time educating me about the workings of my car, and all of them, from Sean, Angelo and the rest out front to the back of the shop, ALL of them are soo wonderful!! I am so thankful I take my car to Youngstedts to get serviced! Thank you to all!!! |

| I have never been so pleased with the kindness of the office staff, and the promptness of the hard workers in the garage area! They never pressure me to purchase anything, which other garages have done, and they always have a smile on their faces! They even told me how I can save money on future oil changes!! | Once again, I had issues with my 2009 Toyota, and called them and was able to bring it in that day for repairs. The office was so kind to let me bring it in right away, and the gentlemen that worked on my car are nothing short of the best around!! I personally thank you all!! |
