| Every time I drop off either of our cars there is friendly banter between the employees and between them and myself. A big ol' bromance going on there and it's fun to see. I've always had excellent service, questions are answered and when they come to me with a dirty air filter or whatever that should be replaced, it is honestly a dirty air filter that needs to be replaced... unlike our local oil change place that seems to think even a brand new air filter should be replaced every 10 miles. |

| The EP Youngstedts guys are great. I'm disabled, so I need to send my caregiver to bring my vehicle in for me. They are quick to give her a ride back to my home and always very clear and honest about what needs to be done. |
