| I had a problem with noise from my Caravan. It had lasted several months. When I brought it to the Eden Prairie Youngstedt's the manager, Andy, consented to have one of his technician's, Steve, drive it with me as a passenger on a test drive to diagnose the problem. We did so, and on finding the problem, Andy and Steve showed me on the vehicle while it was hoisted exactly what the problem was. They repaired it and would not run the tab until I took it, myself, on a test drive. It worked perfectly! It has not been that quiet a ride in several years. I understand that they cannot do this on every service, and I would not expect them to. But because this was such a lingering problem for me, they extended this exceptional service. I highly recommend this outlet for your mechanical work. It would be hard to beat this service elsewhere. |

| I absolutely love coming into Youngstedts. I always receive great service when I bring in my car and they always remember me and treat me almost like family. Andy is the best- he always greets me with a smile and makes a maintenance issue not seem like such a hassle to go through. He is completely honest with his suggestions and estimates and tries to give you the best deal possible. I move often from state to state and have had to take my car to other technicians and the service was nowhere near what I receive here. I absolutely recommend them 100%! |
