| When I came in for an oil change, I asked if they check all the lights, and they said, yes, they check everything. When I got home, one of the headlights were out, so I had to go to the store, get a headlight, and do it myself. It was strange and unfortunate. Otherwise, Youngstedt's always does a good job making you feel welcome and that you're getting a good deal. And I always trust their recommendations. |

| staff are always friendly and pleasant, but over the last few visits I have started to lose trust in work promised but not done. On three occasions, I requested my tires to be rotated and it was not done. On 1/8/19, I had to bring the car back after my son was denied rotation(promised at drop-off). On one occasion, I requested tire rotation and I was assured that it had been done, but I had marked the tires and they were in the same location as they were at drop off. I had to then rotate the tires myself at home. I purchased 3 set of tires for 3 different cars from this location and a theme seems to have developed with this specific issue. Rotation every other oil change has been a standard forever. |

| Thank you Lance for always being so friendly and welcoming. I bought the 5 oil change card which I think is a good value it averages out to be about $19 an oil change. They have been very quick each time I have been in there. |

| The system was not reset to prevent the Service light to go on after Youngstedts performed an oil change on my 2007 Toyota Yaris 2 weeks ago. |

| I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, but only got the oil change. When I returned to the shop, I was told I could leave it for the rest of the day to get the tires rotated. I was leaving on a long driving trip, so I could not do that, and I was not accommodated. |

| The business ordered the wrong tires despite me double checking the night before my appointment. What should have been a 2 hour wait turned in to a 6 hour wait. |

| This was my first visit to Youngstedts. I could have bought the same tires elsewhere for $20 per tire less, but I wanted to support a local business that gives back a lot to our community. The team was warm and welcoming. My average rating is due to the fact I was told 1 hour to replace my tires and it took 1 hr 40 minutes, and no one came to explain why. |
